Growing up I was never afraid of the spotlight. I loved to dress up and put on a show for family and friends (or anyone else that would watch). Head strong and independent, I graduated high school and college with dreams of one day owning my own business. In September of 2002, I opened a small boutique "Olive Anne" on 19th Street in the Heights. Olive Anne is the name of my princess dog! My dream came true. By the next year I had expanded, moving across the street to a new and much, much larger location. My vision and dream for this new location was a cute boutique and party rooms for that girly girl, like me.

The Pink Pokka Dot party room was born in December of 2004! I wanted the opportunity to assist parents in planning the perfect party for their own Shining Star. The Pink Pokka Dot has been such a success! My staff and I enjoy making each party very unique and special for each and every birthday girl. I know the industry has grown for specialty parties but I am glad to know we are still one of Houston's top party boutiques. In August 2008, I decided to take on a business partner, Tabitha Casey. With two girl "Princesses" of her own, this mother knows a thing or two about the wants and needs of both parents and children.

Now with her help, Pink Pokka Dot is expanding our parties to your location! With these traveling parties, we can now go to your events and plan the perfect party for any type of occasion. We have also added Salon Services for the Li'l Princesses. Call for your appointment to have manicures, pedicures, facials & makeup applications, hair up-do's and even a Fairy Lotion Station at the Pink Pokka Dot. We are not stopping there; plans are in the works for a Pink Pokka Dot makeover in January of 2009.

As the needs of girls change, so will we and with the expanding and redecorating of our party rooms will hope to achieve this.
