Q Can I bring my own party favor bags, snacks/food, drinks & cake?
A Yes, no charge to bring in outside food or favors
Q How do I ensure that my guests don’t get lost and know where to park?
A Go to "Schedule" page on web site and scroll to the bottom of the page, you will them see "Click her for maps".
Baptist Temple Church is graciouse to 19th street business use their parking lot (large lot 3 doors down from us).
PLEASE make sure your guest get a map or written directions.
Q What if guests bring siblings?
A If a guest brings a sibling that is not a part of the guest list, please let us know or we will assume that they are a part of the party.
Q What if I need to cancel the party?
Deposit is non refundable and all your party extras will be charged or billed to you. You have up to 7 days prior to your party to cancell any party extras to avoid being charged. Deposit will not be refunded in anyway.
Q Do I need to R.S.V.P before the party?
A Yes. You will be contacted by the Pink Pokka Dot the week of your party to confirm everything and get a RSVP count for your party. RSVP counts are important so that we are prepared to accommodate your party bases on your needs.
Q Who is considered a part of the party that I am paying for?
A All the children who participate in either the craft project, dress-up and or makeovers.
Q How early can I arrive to set up for my party?
A 15 minutes before your party. If you need extra time to set up, please arrange before party $25 fee may apply.
Q How much time do I have to pack up at the end of the party?
A 15 minutes from the party ending time. If you need extra time to take down, please arrange before party $25 fee may apply.
Q Are hostesses allowed to accept gratuity? What is standard?
A Yes, tips are much appreciated, 10-15% of your party total is standard, please keep in mind this tip is usually being split several ways between hostesses who worked your party.
Q What does the Birthday Girl Receive?
A Birhtday girl is free, not included in party package/total.
Q What if I have 2 or more Birthday Girls?
A No additional charge to the party. However only 1 birthday girl is free and not included in party package/total.
Q Can we open birthday gifts during the party?
A We do not designate time to open gifts; we request that all gifts be taken home to open. However, if you would like to request to open gifts during your party we can cut some of the activities short and allow time to open gifts. Or you can schedule an additional 30 minutes for $50 fee to extend your party time.
Q If I am bringing food for the kids, at what time should they eat?
A As girls are completing their craft project and or waiting for their makeover turn, this is a good time for them to eat (this time is usually around 30 minutes into the party).
